刘家忠，男，1968年12月生，硕士学位，玉溪师范学院副教授。玉溪一中学生2011-2013参加全国中学生物联赛优秀指导教师。“国培计划（2015）”云南省培训团队中学生物教师培训团成员。2015年云南省大学生课外科技活动竞赛省级二等奖指导教师。玉溪市教育局“中小学（幼儿园）教师资格考试面试考官（初中生物）”。
